Dropcloth Samplers, all based on original drawings by artist Rebecca Rinquist, are ready to hoop and stitch. Each includes simple instructions, founded on the notion that embroidery need not be so uptight, but may be improvised for relaxation and to beautiful effect.
The Pincushions Sampler, when completed, may be sewn into two pincushions to keep your needles organized and (if you keep your needles pre-threaded and waiting in your pretty new pincushion) inspiring! This sampler makes a great gift to share with a friend: to stitch together or to stitch, fill with pre-threaded needles, and share! Have fun with your favorite colors and stitching techniques, and then enjoy the results. The finished piece (before it is split and sewn) measures 9" x 8".
