Spun Loyalty Programs

Spun has TWO customer loyalty programs. One is for online shopping and the other for in-store shopping. Unfortunately, because of the way our online and brick-and-mortar stores are set up (with two different point-of-sale systems), we cannot merge or combine loyalty points from one system to the other.

Points earned through the SMILE app online can be redeemed for online purchases. To sign up for our online loyalty program, look for the little purple REWARDS button in the lower right hand corner of your screen when you're shopping. Click that and follow the steps.

Points earned through our loyalty program at the shop on 4th Avenue can be redeemed for purchases at the shop. We ask everyone who joins our in-store loyalty to sign up for our enews. Beyond that there is no obligation, and all we need is your a name and email address. 

Note: Certain items, whether purchased in-store or online, do not accrue loyalty. These include Spun gift cards, Kerrytown gift cards, clearance items, orphans, and classes. Eligible purchases made with gift cards do earn loyalty.
