Spun is excited to welcome designer and hand-dyer Lisa Borum back to Spun! Many of you have had the pleasure of meeting Lisa by now, so as you might expect, she'll be bringing a selection of her gorgeous hand-dyed yarn, along with her delightful self.
Lisa has been knitting since she was 14, eventually breaking into design and creating work for companies including Cascade Yarns, KnitPicks, and WeCrochet. She founded Yarn Nerds in 2022, launching the idea as a way to continue crafting with her three daughters but quickly extending her efforts into a family business dedicated to hand-dyed yarns created in her Detroit home studio. Her work in every area celebrates the art of knitting and crocheting, bringing her family-inspired vision to fiber enthusiasts everywhere.
Details:
- Lisa will be at the shop all day on Saturday, February 7, and Sunday, February 8. She'll be bringing along a lot of beautiful goodies and even more inspiration.
- RSVP (by sending an email to info@spunannarbor.com), and let us know you're planning to come to the show, and you'll be entered into a drawing to win one of three $25 Spun gift certificates.
- Buy any of Lisa's goods on February 7 or 8 (or both!), and you'll also (again?) be entered into the drawing.
