Cologne-based Pascuali di Naturali, founded in 2008, aims to offer top-quality natural fibers while supporting small farms and farmers in developing countries, emphasizing quality along with environmental and financial sustainability and integrity. The cashmere fiber in Cashmere 6/28 comes from the downy undercoats of Mongolian cashmere goats, while the yarn is milled and dyed in Italy, processed to yield a very high-quality strand. This 6-ply yarn is a delight to work with, offering even stitch definition that makes it suitable for projects of all kinds, since it's gorgeous in both textured stitch patterns and stockinette. Crucially, the care with which it's collected and processed makes this cashmere much less likely to pill than other cashmere yarns, so you can make something special with confidence. Hand wash, and lay flat to dry.
