Alina Appasova’s Wicked Stripes is a garter stitch scarf that uses short rows to make stripes without breaking or carrying the non-working yarn! This clever method allows for color play without stress and Rowan Felted Tweed (50% Merino, 25% rayon, 25% alpaca) provides tweedy colors that complement each other beautifully.
Each kit contains 4 balls of Rowan Felted Tweed in the color combination of your choice which will make one scarf, approximately 9” wide and 100” long. We will purchase a copy of Wicked Stripes for you via Ravelry, so you will automatically receive both a printed copy and an emailed PDF. If you would also like to have this pattern in your Ravelry library, please note your Ravelry ID (not your password!) in the "Notes" field in your cart!
If you purchase more than one of the same kit, Spun will automatically purchase only one copy of the pattern for you, and we will refund you the pattern cost for any additional kits. If you need more than one copy of your pattern, please include a note in the "Notes" field at checkout, and we'll purchase and print the given number of copies of the pattern for you.
Please note that this kit does not include needles. You will need a US6 straight or 24” or longer circular needle (or size needed to achieve gauge). If you don't already have the appropriate needle at home, you can shop Spun's selection of straight needles here or circular needles here.
