Alina Appasova’s Wicked Stripes is a garter stitch scarf that uses short rows to make stripes without breaking or carrying the non-working yarn! This clever method allows for color play without stress and Rowan Felted Tweed (50% Merino, 25% rayon, 25% alpaca) provides tweedy colors that complement each other beautifully.
Each kit contains 4 balls of Rowan Felted Tweed in the color combination of your choice which will make one scarf, approximately 9” wide and 100” long. We will purchase a copy of Wicked Stripes for you via Ravelry, so you will automatically receive both a printed copy and an emailed PDF. Please note that this kit does not include needles. You will need a US6 straight or 24” or longer circular needle (or size needed to achieve gauge). If you don't already have the appropriate needle at home, you can shop Spun's selection of straight needles here or circular needles here.
