Melanie Berg’s Void is a large crescent-shaped shawl that gracefully hugs your shoulders. The beautiful diamond stitch pattern gives the body of the shawl rhythm and is juxtaposed by a deep garter border. The Fibre Co. Cumbria provides saturated, complex colors and excellent stitch definition.
Each kit contains 3 skeins of the Fibre Co. Cumbria (60% Merino, 30% Brown Masham, 10% Mohair) in your choice of color, and the pattern for Void which will make one shawl with an approximate 90.5” wingspan. We will purchase a copy of Void for you via Ravelry, so you will automatically receive both a printed copy and an emailed PDF. Please note that this kit does not include needles. You will need a US7 40” or longer circular needle and US8 circular needle of any size or DPN for the I-cord bind-off (or size needed to achieve gauge). If you don't already have the appropriate needle at home, you can shop Spun's selection of circular needles here and DPNs here.
