Kim S. Bridgeo’s Snowcastles shawl has it all: contrasting colors, bands of texture, and beautiful (yet simple) slip-stitch mosaic colorwork, all finished with a unique cascading edge. We’ve kitted up this stunner in Harrisville’s Nightshades and Daylights, yarn that celebrates the beauty of night and the play of warm sunlight by marbling neutral bases with subtle touches of color.
Each kit contains 2 skeins of Nightshades and 1 skein of Daylights (80% US Cormo, 20% US wool) in your choice of color pairings, along with the pattern for Snowcastles, which will make one asymmetrical triangular shawl that has a 68” wingspan and is 28” deep. We will purchase a copy of Snowcastles for you via Ravelry, so you will automatically receive both a printed copy and an emailed PDF. Please note that this kit does not include needles. You will need a US7 32” or longer circular needle (or size needed to achieve gauge). If you don't already have the appropriate needles at home, you can shop Spun's selection of circular needles here.
