Carissa Browning’s SideStep shawl is a graphic beauty that alternates asymmetrical bands of striped garter stitch with simple brioche ribbing. The shimmery rich colors of the Fibre Co. Acadia (60% Merino, 20% alpaca, 20% silk) add depth and subtlety to the design. The well-written pattern includes video tutorials for brioche and picking up stitches.
Each kit contains 6 skeins of Acadia (2 skeins of each color) in the color combination of your choice and the pattern for SideStep which will make one shawl with an approximate 67” wingspan and 28” depth.
