If you’ve never tried felting, this pattern contains clear instructions for knitting a large pair of slippers that are then shrunk and transformed by the washing machine into just the right size! They knit up quickly using vibrant &Make Super Bulky yarn and the finished slippers will keep your toes toasty while the playful stripes will cheer up any winter’s day.
Each kit contains 4 balls of &Make Super Bulky (100% Highland wool) in the color combination of your choice and the pattern for Sailor Slippers which will make one pair of slippers which, after washing and felting, will fit US Women’s shoe sizes 5.5-11. We will purchase a copy of Sailor Slippers for you via Ravelry, so you will automatically receive both a printed copy and an emailed PDF. Please note that this kit does not include needles. You will need US11 24” or longer circular needles (or size needed to achieve gauge). If you don't already have the appropriate needle at home, you can shop Spun's selection of circular needles here. You will also need a tapestry needle for seaming.
