Andrea Mowry’s Night & Day Cowl uses simple slip stitches and high-contrast yarn to make a striking checkerboard-patterned cowl. This cowl is worked flat on the bias with tidy I-cord edges, and is then seamed at the back to make the bandana shape. Harrisville’s Nightshades and Daylights (80% US Cormo, 20% US wool) are springy, soft woolen-spun yarns that are dusted with a hint of color.
Each kit contains 1 skein of Nightshades and 1 skein of Daylights in the color combination of your choice and the pattern for Night & Day Cowl which will make one cowl in any one of four sizes, from Child to Adult Large. We will purchase a copy of Night & Day Cowl for you via Ravelry, so you will automatically receive both a printed copy and an emailed PDF. Please note that this kit does not include needles. You will need a US6 24” or longer circular needle (or size needed to achieve gauge). If you don't already have the appropriate needle at home, you can shop Spun's selection of circular needles here.
