Magnolia Little Kit

Camilla Vad’s Magnolia Little is a classic and comfortable cardigan for the little ones, worked from the top down with a beautiful lace pattern at the bottom. Kelbourne Woolens Cozy (70% superwash Merino, 30% easy-wash baby alpaca) is a machine-washable beauty that is meltingly soft. With a wide range of sizes, from 6 months to 10 years, may we suggest that you choose a size larger so your little person can wear it longer?

      Sizing
The Magnolia Little is available in 7 sizes, to fit children from 6 months to 10 years. The sizes listed below are the actual measurements of the finished garment; we recommend choosing a size that is larger than the child’s chest size, with room for growth.

      • Size 1 (6 months): 20.5” finished chest circumference
      • Size 2 (1 year): 22.75” finished chest circumference
      • Size 3 (2 years): 25.25” finished chest circumference
      • Size 4 (4 years): 30” finished chest circumference
      • Size 5 (6 years): 31.5” finished chest circumference
      • Size 6: (8 years): 33” finished chest circumference
      • Size 7: (10 years): 34” finished chest circumference

Each kit includes sufficient Kelbourne Cozy for the size specified in the color of your choice, along with the pattern. We will purchase a copy of Magnolia Little for you via Ravelry, so you will automatically receive both a printed copy and an emailed PDF. If you would also like to have this pattern in your Ravelry library, please note your Ravelry ID (not your password!) in the "Notes" field in your cart!

If you purchase more than one of the same kit, Spun will automatically purchase only one copy of the pattern for you, and we will refund you the pattern cost for any additional kits. If you need more than one copy of your pattern, please include a note in the "Notes" field at checkout, and we'll purchase and print the given number of copies of the pattern for you.

Please note that this kit does not include needles or buttons. You will need US4 and US6 24” or longer circular needles and US4 and US6 DPNs (or size needed to achieve gauge). If you don't already have the appropriate needles at home, you can shop Spun's selection of circular needles here and our selection of DPNs here. The sweater also calls for eight 12-15mm buttons. We used these buttons on our sample.

If you'd like to make your kit a gift (for yourself or someone else), or if you just wish to keep your new project tidy and organized, add the Spun Rope Handle Bag with Pin to your order and we will package your purchase accordingly!
