The Instant Gratification Cardigan by Minimi Knit Design is a simple raglan cardigan with minimal finishing. It features deep armholes and a cropped, oversized body, balanced by fitted sleeves. Worked in soft &Make Super Bulky yarn (100% Highland wool), it’s not only quick to make, but lightweight and warm, too!
Instant Gratification Cardigan is available in 10 sizes and is intended to be worn with 10–17 inches of positive ease. The sizes listed below correspond to the actual measurement of the finished garment, so to achieve the recommended fit, please choose a size that is 10-17 inches larger than your chest measurement.
- Size 1: 47.5” finished chest circumference
- Size 2: 50.25” finished chest circumference
- Size 3: 52.5” finished chest circumference
- Size 4: 56.25” finished chest circumference
- Size 5: 61.25” finished chest circumference
- Size 6: 63” finished chest circumference
- Size 7: 66.5” finished chest circumference
- Size 8: 70.5” finished chest circumference
- Size 9: 72.75” finished chest circumference
- Size 10: 76.75” finished chest circumference
Each kit includes sufficient yarn in the color of your choice for the size specified and a copy of the pattern. We will purchase a copy of Instant Gratification Cardigan for you via Ravelry, so you will automatically receive both a printed copy and an emailed PDF. Please note that this kit does not include needles or buttons. You will need US10.75 32-40” circular needles and DPNs and US11 32-40” circular needles and DPNs (or size needed to achieve gauge). If you don't already have the appropriate needles at home, you can shop Spun's selection of circular needles here and DPNs here. You will also need three or four 25-27mm buttons. We used three of these 25mm buttons.
