Melody Hoffmann’s Hollows is an elegantly simple, long and shallow crescent shawl with texture, eyelets, and a picot edge. Brooklyn Tweed’s Tones Light provides nearly weightless warmth in a woolen spun 2-ply, sourced in Wyoming and processed in the US, that yields a soft, airy fabric in unique light and dark shades (the result of light and dark heathered base yarns that are overdyed).
Each kit contains 6 skeins of Brooklyn Tweed Tones Light (100% Columbia wool) in the color of your choice and the pattern for Hollows which will make one shawl with an approximate 79” length and 20” depth. We will purchase a copy of Hollows for you via Ravelry, so you will automatically receive both a printed copy and an emailed PDF. Please note that this kit does not include needles. You will need a US6 40” or longer circular needle (or size needed to achieve gauge). If you don't already have the appropriate needle at home, you can shop Spun's selection of circular needles here.
