Sarah Solomon’s Hawley is a graceful, top-down round yoke sweater with a simple two-color motif, a loose, swingy silhouette, and bracelet-length sleeves. Soft and airy woolen-spun Harrisville Nightshades and Daylights yarns marble black and cream skeins with touches of color that bring depth and nuance to the design.
Hawley is available in 8 sizes and is intended to be worn with 10–16 inches of positive ease. The sizes listed below correspond to the actual measurement of the finished garment, so to achieve the recommended fit, please choose a size that is 10-16 inches larger than your chest measurement.

- Size 2: 43.75” finished chest circumference
- Size 3: 48.75” finished chest circumference
- Size 4: 54” finished chest circumference
- Size 5: 59” finished chest circumference
- Size 6: 64” finished chest circumference
- Size 7: 69” finished chest circumference
- Size 8: 74” finished chest circumference
Each kit includes sufficient Nightshades and Daylights yarn (85% Cormo Wool, 15% Wool) for the size specified in the color combination of your choice, along with the pattern. We will purchase a copy of Hawley for you via Ravelry, so you will automatically receive both a printed copy and an emailed PDF. If you would also like to have this pattern in your Ravelry library, please note your Ravelry ID (not your password!) in the "Notes" field in your cart!
If you purchase more than one of the same kit, Spun will automatically purchase only one copy of the pattern for you, and we will refund you the pattern cost for any additional kits. If you need more than one copy of your pattern, please include a note in the "Notes" field at checkout, and we'll purchase and print the given number of copies of the pattern for you.
Please note that this kit does not include needles. You will need US5 16”, 32” circular needles and DPNs and US7 16”, 32” circular needles and DPNs (or size needed to achieve gauge).
