Nancy Ekvall’s Glenburn Hat combines two of the softest yarns in the shop to make a luxurious beanie with a delightful fluffy halo. Blue Sky Fibers Brushed Suri (67% baby Suri alpaca, 22% Merino, 11% bamboo) and Suri Merino (60% baby Suri alpaca, 40% fine Merino) are held together and make for a quick project that’s perfect for gift giving or keeping for yourself!
Each kit contains 1 skein of Suri Merino and 1 skein of Brushed Suri in the color combination of your choice and the pattern for Glenburn hat which will make one hat to fit an average adult head with a 21-23” circumference. We will purchase a copy of Glenburn Hat for you via Ravelry, so you will automatically receive both a printed copy and an emailed PDF. Please note that this kit does not include needles. You will need a US9 16” circular needle and a set of US9 DPNs (or size needed to achieve gauge). If you don't already have the appropriate needle at home, you can shop Spun's selection of circular needles here and DPNs here.
