Garden Cardigan Kit

Ankestrick’s Garden Cardigan is a perfect layer to have on hand to carry you through seasons and settings. This seamless, top-down design starts with the back neckline, which features an ingenious construction that helps it stay on your shoulders while still draping gracefully. The easy all-over lace pattern creates a lightweight fabric, and season-spanning Woolfolk Stra combines linen and Merino for a blend of rustic and delicate, offering softness, texture, and an ethereal palette.

Garden Cardigan is available in 6 sizes and is designed to fit with 5-10 inches of positive ease. The sizes listed below correspond to the actual measurement of the finished garment, so to achieve the recommended fit, please choose a size that is 5-10 inches larger than your chest measurement. The designer recommends more ease for the smaller sizes and less ease for larger sizes.

• Size 1: 40”  finished chest circumference
• Size 2: 45” finished chest circumference
• Size 3: 49.5” finished chest circumference
• Size 4: 55” finished chest circumference
• Size 5: 60” finished chest circumference
• Size 6: 64.5” finished chest circumference

Each kit includes sufficient yarn for the size specified in the color of your choice, along with the pattern. We will purchase a copy of Garden Cardigan for you via Ravelry, so you will automatically receive both a printed copy and an emailed PDF. Please note that this kit does not include needles. You will need US4 and US6 32”-40” circular needles and US4 and US6 DPNs (or size needed to achieve gauge). If you don't already have the appropriate needles at home, you can shop Spun's selection of circular needles here and DPNs here.
