Claire Slade’s sweet Bonny Bunny Bag is knit in the round with long floppy ears that can be tied into a handle for carrying. This little bag begs to be stuffed with Easter treasures or used as a small project bag. It's knit in Rowan’s Felted Tweed and Kidsilk Haze held together, the tweedy colors and soft halo combining to make a delightful, helpful companion!
Each kit contains 1 ball of Rowan Felted Tweed (50% Merino, 25% rayon, 25% alpaca) and 1 ball of Rowan Kidsilk Haze (70% kid mohair, 30% silk) in the color combination of your choice and the pattern for Bonny Bunny Bags which will make one bunny bag with an approximate 16” circumference and 7” height (not including ears!) We will purchase a copy of Bonny Bunny Bags for you via Ravelry, so you will automatically receive both a printed copy and an emailed PDF. Please note that this kit does not include needles or the scrap yarn to embroider the bunny’s face. You will need a US3 and US4 16” circular needles and US3 DPNs (or size needed to achieve gauge). If you don't already have the appropriate needle at home, you can shop Spun's selection of circular needles here and DPNs here. A small amount of contrasting yarn or embroidery floss is needed to make the bunny’s face.
