Carol Feller’s Half Moon Street is a generous and graceful shawl knit from the top down using a vibrant gradient of three colors (seven skeins) of Nua Sport (60% Merino, 20% yak, 20% linen). These bands are punctuated by stripes and blips in a neutral color, and the shawl is finished with a delicate picot edge.
Sammy adds, “It was fun picking out the colors for this project; I landed on something fiery but Nua Sport has so many colors that play well together, you’re sure to find a combo that speaks to you! I also really enjoyed the fiber blend of this yarn. The linen gave my knitting a lovely rustic feel without being too scratchy and the fabric softened up even more during its first wash.”
