Andrea Mowry’s DRK Everyday Cowl has alternating stripes made with garter stitch, polished slip stitches and I-cord edges. The easy-to-wear design is knit flat, on the bias, and seamed at the back neck to create a cowl that's worn like a triangle shawl with none of the fuss! Two Pascuali yarns in complementary colors, Balayage and Mohair Bliss, are held together to create a luxurious soft cowl with drape from alpaca and Merino, a subtle halo from mohair and a shimmer provided by silk.
Each kit contains 2 balls of Balayage (80% baby alpaca, 20% organic Merino) and 2 balls of Mohair Bliss (60% organic mohair, 40% mulberry silk) in the color combination of your choice and the pattern for DRK Everyday Cowl which will make one cowl in any one of three sizes with a circumference of 17-25”. We will purchase a copy of DRK Everyday Cowl for you via Ravelry, so you will automatically receive both a printed copy and an emailed PDF. Please note that this kit does not include needles. You will need a US6 24” circular needle (or size needed to achieve gauge). If you don't already have the appropriate needle or hook at home, you can shop Spun's selection of circular needles here.
