Hand-dyer extraordinaire Monica Thoune, who hails from the UP, dyes yarn with personality and verve, many of her colorways inspired by our own two beautiful peninsulas. We carry her BFL sock base and her Merino Aran weight, but oh, there's so much more where that came from!

Monica will be bringing lots of gorgeousness to the shop on Saturday and Sunday. Do yourself a solid, and come say hello!

Some fine print:

• Monica will be at Spun on Saturday, April 13, from 9 to 6, and on Sunday, April 14, from 11 to 3. She'll be bringing along a whole lot of yarn, my friends. Ahem.
• RSVP (by sending an email to info@spunannarbor.com), and let us know you're planning to come meet Monica, and you'll be entered into a drawing to win one of three $25 Spun gift certificates.
• Buy any of Monica's beauties on September 9 or 10, and you'll also be entered into the drawing!*
