Description: Do you find yourself with neck, shoulder, or wrist aches and pains after indulging in your favorite craft? In this two-session class, Julie B will show you how to avoid some of the common repetitive stress injuries that can result from our crafting. You’ll learn some simple exercises to release tension and some mindfulness techniques to prevent getting those aches in the first place.
