The Fourth Annual Spun Sample Extravaganza!
Let's Celebrate We the People Opportunity Farm!

November means a sample sale! Once again this year we’re offering for sale a Spun-crafted collection of over four dozen hand-knit and -crocheted pieces, including sweaters, shawls, hats, cowls, and more, knit from some of our favorite yarns and donated by Spun staff members. Every dollar from every sale goes directly to We the People Opportunity Farm, Melvin Parson's Ypsilanti-based initiative to create a sustainable farming system that supports a workforce of formerly incarcerated men and women.
We’ll be putting the samples out for sale at 1:30 on Saturday, and Melvin will be joining us at 2:00 to talk about his work. There will be snacks! There will be t-shirts!
The chosen samples will be available for purchase in the store (not online) through the holidays (or as long as they last), so take advantage of this chance to pick up a true one-of-a kind piece (for yourself or as a gift), all while supporting work that’s making a difference in our community every day.
