Beginning Crochet with Karen Lucas

When: Wednesdays, July 6 & 13, 3:00–5:00pm
Description: Conquer your fear of the hook, and join the many crafters who have discovered the ease and speed of crochet! This 2-week class will cover all the basics, including how to chain, single crochet, double crochet, and half-double crochet. Karen will also show you how to read a basic crochet pattern and how to hold your yarn for ideal tension. You’ll leave class having made a sampler to show off your new skills!

Materials to bring along:
- One skein of light-colored Berroco Vintage Worsted, purchased from Spun
- Size US H crochet hook
